【ベトナム】ベトナムの声放送（ＶＯＶ）によると、ベトナムが独自開発した初の人工衛星「Ｆ１」が７月末に日本の種子島宇宙センターからＨ２Ｂロケットで打ち上げられる見通しとなった。今月末にも衛星本体を日本に輸送する。

　Ｆ１は２００８年に設計、製作された小型人工衛星で、衛星写真の撮影機能を持ち、山火事監視などに活用される予定だ。

あれ、H-IIBってことはあれですよね多分HTV「こうのとり」で輸送して「きぼう」からの放出。これまでの発表ではベトナムからのペイロードは無かったですよね。追加？

Satellite F 1 manufactured by Vietnam’s FPT technology university will be launched into orbit from a launch pad in Japan’s Tanegashima Space Centre in late July.

An HII-B rocket of the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) will bring the Made-in-Vietnam satellite, the first of its kind, into orbit on July 21, said Vu Trong Thu, head of the university’s Space Research Division (FSpace).

F-1, designed and manufactured in 2008, measures 10x10x10cm and weighs 1 kilogram. It can snap 640x480 pictures and send to earth at a speed of 1,200b/s.

Engineers and experts are examining the safety of the satellite before transporting it to Japan later this month.

F-1 will help monitor maritime transport and forest fire prevention, said experts.

この記事によると開発したのはベトナムの市立大学FPT。衛星の寸法は10cm角で重量1kg、640x480の観測画像を1.2KB/sで送信するそうです。日本へは今月下旬にも輸送するらしい。もし搭載するとなると、これはいわゆるレイトロードですよね。
